Benita completed role as Sound Recordist for short film PROSCHAY - WW11 Latvian/Russian love story directed by Joanns Buncelmanns. Shot on location in Riga, Latvia.

The story is about a happy, young married couple who are separated by war. In 1941, a young Dimitriy (Edgar Bechter) is called to war in Latvia where he becomes injured on the battlefield. When he is taken for dead, his young wife (Ekaterina Shumakova) eventually finds love again, re-marrying and starting the family she and her first husband Dimitriy had only dreamed about.

Seven years after the war ends, Dimitry re-emerges, seeking and finding his wife whom he discovers has moved on. The story is based on a true and familiar story of the tragedies of war and the final goodbye - Proschay - that many soldiers and their families were forced to make.
